At Prabir Boutique, we are committed to delivering premium products with care and transparency. Kindly read the following policies carefully before placing your order.

🔹 Order Confirmation

All orders are prepaid.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed.
We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

Please ensure all details (size, address, contact number) are correct before confirming your purchase.

🔹 No Return / No Refund / No Exchange Policy

There will be no returns, refunds, or exchanges once the order is placed.
Kindly check size charts and product details carefully before placing your order.
We strongly recommend confirming your size prior to purchase.

All sales are final.

🔹 Mandatory Parcel Opening Video (Important)

To raise any concern regarding defects or discrepancies:

You must record a clear, continuous, and unedited parcel opening video.
The video must begin from showing the sealed outer package.
The shipping label must be clearly visible.
The product must be clearly shown inside the same video.
Any defect (if present) must be clearly highlighted in the same video.

📌 Pictures alone will NOT be accepted under any circumstances.
📌 Claims without a parcel opening video will not be considered.

🔹 Manufacturing Defect (Exception Clause)

Only in the rare case of a verified manufacturing defect:

The parcel opening video will be reviewed.
If approved, a replacement may be offered (subject to availability).
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed at the sole discretion of Prabir Boutique.

Minor color differences due to lighting/screen resolution or slight finishing variations are not considered defects.
