No Return / No Refund Policy
At Prabir Boutique, all sales are final.
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any products once they have been delivered.
Please review product descriptions, size charts, and images carefully before placing your order.
Manufacturing Defect Policy (Exception Case Only)
Returns or refunds will only be considered in the rare case of a manufacturing defect.
To qualify:

A clear parcel opening video is mandatory.

The video must:

Be recorded from the moment the sealed parcel is opened.

Clearly show the outer packaging and shipping label.

Clearly show the product inside.
-
Show the defect visibly in the same continuous video.

The video must be shared within 24 hours of delivery.
-
The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags intact.
If a parcel opening video is not provided, the request will not be considered under any circumstances.
Important Conditions

Minor color variations due to lighting or screen resolution are not considered defects.

Slight thread pulls, handloom irregularities, or minor finishing variations (if applicable) are not considered manufacturing defects.

Sale items and discounted products are strictly non-refundable.

Gift cards are non-refundable.
How to Report a Defect

After inspection, if the defect is verified:
